Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal stamping, forming, and finishing (powder paint) is done in house. We run an extensive line of modern CNC punch presses and press brakes to ensure high quality and maximum flexibility. The quality of our sheet metal parts is ensured through a state-of-the-art laser measurement machine.

Parts are scanned in minutes and a report generated with the dimensional information for review. Our manufacturing process is very flexible and can be modified quickly if your design changes. We utilize a paperless system where the entire fabrication, assembly process drawings, and assembly instructions

are accessed on line to ensure the most up-to-date, accurate information. An ERP shop floor control system ensures a smooth flow of material and labor.

Assembly
Once the sheet metal is complete, we can finish your custom assembly incorporating our fans and blowers. We have a highly trained and experienced staff to fabricate your custom cooling assembly to your specifications. Our capabilities include adding custom PCBs, power supplies, electronic filters, air filters, wire harnesses, and labeling. We have an ESD assembly area to ensure quality and protection for those sensitive assemblies that include PCBs.
