Job Title: Administrative Services (Receptionist/Switchboard - 100)
Summary:This position is responsible for greeting visitors and callers and provide administrative assistance as required.
Essential Functions of the Job:The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
 
  • Answer main switchboard telephone; determine purpose of call and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail.
  • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for announcing the emergency evacuation of the building and the duties for the Home Base Check-In Coordinator.
  • Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes.
  • Log all sales catalog requests.
  • Distribute/Forward inquiries received from Sales@us.ebmpapst.com.
  • Use the following software programs while performing this job: Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Prepare and separate customer invoices for mailing, alphabetize and bind packing slips, and support various departments’ clerical duties as needed.

Job Title: Account Manager - Oklahoma
Summary:This position is responsible for managing the sales activities of a given territory to meet or exceed sales forecasts.
Essential Functions of the Job:The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
 
  • Meet or exceed sales forecast.
  • Expand customer base – both direct OEM and distribution.
  • Travel to customers and distributors to develop, maintain, and improve relationships and business opportunities.
  • Submit weekly travel itinerary to Area Sales Director and/or RAM.
  • Facilitate and participate in distributor training sessions.
  • Initiate buddy calls with distributors.
  • Follow up on sales leads from corporate.
  • Monitor open order report weekly, and ensure repeat customers are ordering within lead times.
  • Keep Customer Service and Application Engineering team informed of all account activity.
  • Travel to Connecticut office as needed.
  • Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
  • Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned territory.
  • Submit expense reports on time (due the first week of the following month).
  • Provide monthly reports on account activity (Monthly Project List, Disty/Project Narrative) due at the end of every
    month.
  • Provide sales call reports as needed.
  • Special assignments as required.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Travel Policy.

Job Title: Machine Maintenance (Mechatronic)
Summary:This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment, primarily the customized assembly machines for Motor Production Lines.
Essential Functions of the Job:The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
 
  • Receive verbal instructions from supervisor.
  • Perform basic to advanced machine repair and maintenance.
  • Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Fabricates custom repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment.
  • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
  • Lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb up to a height of 50 feet.
  • May be exposed to minor risk of electrical shock in the repair of electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Experience: Technical School Degree (2 years) in Industrial Technology with a concentration and knowledge of electrical circuits, electronic device basics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC programming

Minimum three to five years related machine repair and maintenance experience.
